3 Phases of Supplementing With Creatine

Creatine increases your muscles energy availability. First and foremost creatine enhances your bodys’ physical performance. In the short term this means you will have added physical strength and endurance when performing weight training. This means your ability to sustain maximum force and load on a lift will be much longer as you cycle through creatine. This will mean you will need new muscle tissue to deal with ever increasing load that you can handle.

There are 3 different phases you will go through when supplementing with creatine. The first is the loading phase. This phase will rapidly fill your muscles with creatine for a brief period of time. You will be generally taking in large amounts in this phase depending on your bodyweight.
