7. French Fries
French fries are another culprit that contain extremely high amounts of sodium. You might as well open the salt shaker and pour it down your throat.
They also contain a lot of saturated and trans fats. These are not only bad for weight loss but for your general health as well. To make matters worse, frying destroys most of the good nutrients that were in the potato to begin with.
