4. Potato Chips
Potato Chips are full of trans fats, sodium, and preservatives. They are the furthest thing from real potatoes and are totally bad for you.
Too much sodium is really bad if you have high blood pressure. A better alternative would be a baked potato. You can eat it with salsa or light butter sprinkles.
5. Lunch Meats
Lunch meats are processed by man and therefore not as healthy for you. They also contain nitrates and other preservatives. That is what often makes bad food so addicting.
Your best bet would be to stick to the lean meats like fish, chicken and turkey. Egg whites would also be a better source of lean protein.
